Payment
Payment for ordered products can be made only online, by credit/debit card.
Delivery
The orders are shipped with Romanian Post Services. Transit time differs depending on the destination country. For Europe and EU countries, it can take up to 2 weeks. For the USA, Canada, Australia, and all other non-EU countries, the minimum transit time is 30 days. The parcel delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs processing.
If you are not in the EU, you might need to pay customs taxes when picking up the package.
The shipping fee is 10€ for orders under 200€ and free for orders over 200€. In the case of returns, the shipping cost is not refundable.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return them within 30 days from delivery only if they are in the same condition in which they were delivered. The buyer will bear the return cost.
Warranty
If the product causes allergies, you can send it back within 30 days and we will refund your money, except for the shipping cost. The only condition is that the product has no defects resulting from use. The buyer will bear the return cost.
